Hey Lara, thanks for the question. That's a good alternative for sure. However, for me, it's better to create a clean lettering piece and then add the outline to it. For some, it might be better to do it right away. This method is also not just for lettering. Also for illustrations where having the outline coming from both sides isn't ideal. I don't think there is a right or wrong way to do it, it's just a matter of personal preferences. I thought this method was cool so I decided to share it :D

Thanks for the constructive feedback. I've added additional things in the video that I thought were going to be helpful for others. I've also added timestamps to the video so that those who are not interested can skip to the parts they want to watch. I'll try to keep my future videos more concise. Cheers.

Hey Mikey, really sorry about that. Every previous video that i made has the auto-generated subtitles. I guess it takes a few days for KZread to create them? Not 100% sure on how long it takes them, but I'm pretty sure they will be available soon. In the meantime, you can check the article that I wrote on my website. It covers exactly the same as the video. Hope this helps!

So goddamn compilcated and unnecessary. Why can't Procreate have a simple Stroke feature like in Photoshop?
