Why is there no sound to this video?

This doesn't show you how to put up a shade sail with a strap tensioner, which is why you are selling them. It doesn't even show you how to release the tension once you have tightened it. The basic problem is that the attachment equipment at the corner of a shade sail is only about 30cm long, but the tensioner you sell, together with its hooks, is about 60cm long. So it isn't obvious how you use it to pull two things together so they are only 30cm apart. You need to actually show us how you are supposed to use the tensioner to rig a shade sale as you sell it.
