How To Observe Thoughts Without Judgement

How To Observe Thoughts Without Judgement and cultivate your ability to be without mind, to observe without interpretation. Once you learn how to observe without judgement, you will recognize yourself as the stillness prior to mind, which contains no desire, no fear - but is itself the source of all desire and fear and everything else that is perceived.
Here are 3 ways that I can be of greatest help to you right now:
🚩Coaching:
Enrollments for my Higher Consciousness Shift Program are now open: Dissolve mind identification and regain your peace & freedom -
www.selfinquiryschool.com/coa...
Learning to BE without mind, to observe without interpretation, to rest without thinking - is the pinnacle of detachment and Self-realization.
This "practice" will allow you to un-mix your Being from all the contents of consciousness.
It will allow you to recognize a space within you, a space that is your very own self, which is not affected by circumstances/phenomena.
Through it, a couple of things will happen:
-Your identification with thoughts and emotions will begin to dissolve.
-Your internal state will no longer be slave to your external circumstances.
-You will learn to preserve your energy rather than having it scattered in a million directions.
-With an abundant energy and one pointed attention, you will be able to live a happy, useful, and orderly life.
All these benefits from one simple practice. And in today's video, I teach you how to implement it in a simple way.

I've experienced this "space" on 4 separate occasions, at the same time experiencing zero anxiety for the first time in 25 years. it lasted for 2 days the first time then went away, a month goes by and it came back this time for 4 days, it's the most beautiful feeling in the world but I'm having a hard time figuring out what it was exactly that triggered it those times. I'm really close though, I can feel it!

Thanks for this channel Sunny. It feels like a single sincere voice speaking against the pendulum of distraction and consumption taking us away of being true human beings. I had a hard time grasping some of the concepts because everything felt like a call to "nothingness", which to my conditioning felt like a "bad" thing. But a found a quote helpful (paraphrased): "Be nothingness. Nothingness cannot be constrained. It cannot be pushed in any direction and tipped over" - Bruce Lee. Hope I'm not misunderstanding please feel free to correct where incorrect. "Nothingness" may not be the best description of the goal but a good starting point for living from awareness.

when I was a child, each time I sat in a bus, usually the upper deck, I would keep gazing throught the windows, at different people down on the street (I lived in one of the most crowded cities of the world, so there were always al lot of people everywhere), but when I kept putting my eye focus on other people, I felt drained away, I felt my energy was pulled out (of course at that time I did not know about energy) and I felt sick and my vitality losing, I asked myself to stop looking at other people, but still again and again, I would keep putting my energy on others. Now, I understand what was happening. I believe many people have the same experience, and even for years
