That point about being on autopilot is spot on. Life becomes monotonous, boring and you start to wonder what's the point. Really need to try the 21 day suggestion. Started it before but never made it very far. Consistency is key in achieving anything.

You can also not take things for granted by thinking positively and being kind to everyone, and also by believing in God and Jesus and sharing their values.

I just discovered this channel and just subscribed, it’s sad that the last videos are from 2-4 years ago, what happened? Where is this guy? I love his videos, so helpful, I hope he’s ok. I’m grateful today for this video 😊

I think you know I'm in Seattle Washington and stuff like that I don't know about other cities but especially in this city that I helped the homeless people less fortunate especially the females and I give them my real phone number and I bought them for the drink I was just asking him to be drug addicts or just homeless or you know I'm not mentally ill but like people that is coherent so I get and they never hit me one time or texting me data that they will never see me again and one girl even asked me she said and what do you want in return I'm like I just want to be a Good Samaritan to help and everything so that was only this one girl and the white I'll let her sleep stay with me I'll pay for the hotel room but I slept there too so that's just one story where I bought her even her cell phone and Metro and then after that. So then after that I never heard from her one time I called the number that she gave me the number and I never seen her ever again I'm like wow. So anyway long story short anyway me and her were like I was just about Cardinals or whatever in case she wants to mess around so she just seen over here sex or whatever. It didn't even have a voicemail and

You know that so after that like I have not even like a couple of my friends African-American dude this guy isn't he's like lazy doesn't want to work and I was helping to move out he's living with his mom says like 33 years old and he got so I'll just tell I told him like yo he has an autistic brother right so I said he should come to my country in Africa and got holy water people got cured cancer, AIDS and cancer he was like no I don't need that. So then after that today he got like schizophrenia or whatever so when I drove to the casino his name is Tyrone Elliott and after that I never heard it from him past 10 years from 2014 till now I was helping him driving around sometimes I bought them food or whatever I always helped him out.

And there's this other Ethiopian guy so he's like around Tyrone's age 32 years old and it didn't really have a job he was complaining about his cousin Solomon that he stole money from him and everything so one day I kicked them out I want to live with me in the studio I'm like you know you're not working you don't got no kids no no wife and everything I don't expect you to to live with me and everything I see him after a couple months later like and he doesn't want to give me his number cuz I never looked at you the same you like fake and everything and I'm not trying to get taken advantage of and he got like he came from back from New York was being homeless and he came back to like Washington State still being homeless and he tried to give me to go to New York for with him for a visit I'm like what am I going to do there? I think even friends like they tried to take advantage when they don't think that they're trying to use you like I try to be helpful and everything but people do take advantage of their own friends even their family members and it's it's a it's a sad it's a habit though it's like second nature when people take things for granted people for granted.
