In this video, I discuss ways to overcome procrastination when under pressure.
Pressure can create brain fog and make it difficult to concentrate on tasks. We explore the two types of pressure, external and internal, and how they affect our thinking and decision making.
By slowing down our emotional thinking and combining it with rational thinking, we can arrive at a place of wisdom and mindfulness.

    The only time I don’t procrastinate is under pressure. I wait until the last moment and the overwhelming anxiety of failing will finally motivate me. It’s draining.

    One of the main reasons for Procrastination is Multiple task - If multiple tasks are running in your mind then your brain can not decide that which one to work and which leave. It ignores all the tasks and you do nothing.

    I have got heaps of work and I always prepare a to do list and tick of the small things. But for the big things my heads imagines a negative and failure outcome always and I can’t get out of it. Anyone can help me?
