I love the idea of checking in DURING the day as opposed to just the beginning and end. While literally every hour is perhaps not always possible, even occasionally regrouping probably pays dividends. Will give this book a look sometime and keep the ideas in mind. Thanks TAoI
Highly recommend Bregman's book 18 minutes for anybody who's feeling stuck in life. This daily program described in the video is the followup to keep you on track, but the opening part of the book was awesome for helping me find my track and get onto it!
I like the way you explain with clarity.I am following your idea of microhabits from last 4 months. It reduced my anxiety levels and a new habit of journaling.Soon i will add this 18 min routine too😄😃
Setting up those routines isn't easy but it helps a lot, in the past 2 months I've been able to give my life a new spin thanks to them! 😊
This is brilliant and innovative. Thanks!
I love this! I’m going to try this for the next month and see what improvements I make. Thanks for the video! ☺️
A great video, I've been feeling really overhelmed about routines and schedules lately, this definitely got me back on track!
Is always has these ideas and feelings in mind , but never put action in place. The way u put it is very clear ,simple and practical. Will act on it now .thank you very much .
Thank You so much.

And a process which reveals the purpose, the journey is the destination. Being content along the way is what’s most important.

@@ConnorCordell indeed. If it’s helpful instead of hurting others, if not, why not?
Hmm, 🤔 Looks like work, but it makes sense. Thank you ,🎈 This morning is perfect for me to try this out 👍

Yes
Only 5 minutes for the to do list? By the end of the day I'm often spent mentally so the end of day reflection is too much of a chore to do.

Use the 2 minute rule
I love bto fail..
seems like a lot of 'extra' work to be so obsessive about it ...
