    I love the idea of checking in DURING the day as opposed to just the beginning and end. While literally every hour is perhaps not always possible, even occasionally regrouping probably pays dividends. Will give this book a look sometime and keep the ideas in mind. Thanks TAoI

    Highly recommend Bregman's book 18 minutes for anybody who's feeling stuck in life. This daily program described in the video is the followup to keep you on track, but the opening part of the book was awesome for helping me find my track and get onto it!

    I like the way you explain with clarity.I am following your idea of microhabits from last 4 months.It reduced my anxiety levels and a new habit of journaling.Soon i will add this 18 min routine too😄😃

    Only 5 minutes for the to do list? By the end of the day I'm often spent mentally so the end of day reflection is too much of a chore to do.
