    One thing to note is that when someone asks a question, they need to keep it short and concise. Saying things like, "so my question is" or "so I want to ask you that" just adds redundancy and makes it sound like they're patronizing.

    I strongly disagree with his advice, As Tony Robbins says "..Success Without Fulfillment Is the Ultimate Failure..", you may pretend to match what your Boss likes, but in the end, you will regret!! There is a nice quote from Tony Robbins "Success Without Fulfillment Is the Ultimate Failure"!! There is a very good book on why one should live by their values, "The Values Factor: The Secret to Creating an Inspired and Fulfilling Life" by Dr. John F. Demartini (Author)!!

    @@sauvikroy9868 it is convenient and profitable for sure in short term, I am not saying be rude to your boss but be independent thinker and do things that aligns with your highest values if you want long term success and fulfillment, read book by Ray Dalio - Principles, you will probably get more context, All the Best!!

    hacking into the medical records is a greater risk when it is dematerialised because the records can be altered as per ones own malicious purpose and intent so that they can show anything they want to anyone. For example; a criminal, who unfortunately knows how to hack can alter the records and bring major diversions in maybe a case he is booked into. any mental related records can be altered. therefore measures should be taken to regulate such digitisation of medical records and high level of security.

    the problem today is folk are too expectant. guess what. Grads at IB join as Senior Analyst and earn peanuts, add the hours you have to put in, it's close to minimum wage. you will only hit D level if your face fits. so expect to be a VP lifer.

    Some advice is good but some advice doesn't make sense if you don't care about wine it doesn't matter if your boss is a Sommelier, continuously pretending to be something you’re not is not being true to yourself and will keep you feeling empty!! Live is short to pretend, Know yourself and live a life congruent to your values and purpose!!

    shravan kumar to reach the top you need to sacrifice. He isn’t asking you to pretend. He is asking you to have knowledge/ personality outside your line of work; so that, when there is a networking event (party) you have something to share. No one remembers the guy who just talks about his to-do list. Be the guy who others want to call to spend their free time with.

    @@anirudhyasorcar5360 I would not agree to sacrificing your values because your boss likes something, I would rather change boss rather than sacrificing values, but as with values different people have different value system some give value to integrity some give value to rising higher compromising values, but anyways whatever aligns with you. This seems like short term strategy to gain something but in long term it may not give you fulfilled and purposeful life.

    Frankly saying, no corporate job is worth giving your life to. Nobody cares about them.. things are changed now, either be an influencer and build a community around your skills/profession, or be a perfectionist, don't be a *EMPLOYEE* Seriously not worth it, atleast in 2020, where persuading audience is what matters. In short, be like a personality everybody knows about, like some youtuber, gamer, influencer.
