Or just order the sherpa t-handle case mounts for 30-40 bucks. Easier than drilling and devaluing your investment.

can't you just unbolt the sherpa T handle from the outside and steal it

That's painful to watch. Much better options available to mount this case.

I was gon say that looks not very sturdy and anyone can easily pull that off with tiny nits on plastic.

If your "design" studio designed the mounting of a $400 95L ROAM box requiring you to drill holes in the $400 box then you didn’t do much of a design job did you? Why don’t you actually do some designing and design some mounts so that you don’t need to drill holes in a $400 box? Then you might have accomplished something worth making a KZread video about.

Great point but I think you are missing the point of the video. There are mounts available from Roam to mount their boxes now and they work awesome! At the time of the video however there was not a mount available yet through Roam and many people were wondering how to inexpensively mount the boxes. Drilling holes is a very simple way to get this done. This option works for some but not for everyone!

@@CBIOFFROADFAB No sir. You missed the point. CBI Offroad Fab & Prinsu Design studio marketed themselves as a Fabrication & Design firm and put out a video showing drilling holes in the bottom of a $400 box as the best you had to offer? That is pathetic. My comment stand as it is.

If you are afraid of a little hole, just strap the thing with load straps, works for truckers, works for the rest of us, should work for you too.

@@mikietown pretty simple solution is don’t buy it then. I have mine, drilled holes, used silicone and boom, works perfectly, and I didn’t have to spend $100 on mounts. Bout $6 on some carriage bolts and nuts and job done. CBI and ROAM are the two best at what they do, if this method is good enough for them, it’s good enough for me. Even “if” they call themselves and design and fabrication company. The whole part of fabrication is making what works, this works.

Then why not just fabricate a box that is modular from the get go? Using non-mountable out of the box molded plastic and slapping a $400+ price tag on it and then charging another $100 for mounts so that you can mount it is asinine.
