    I love sitting for a long time cos not only do you see the pain disappear, you get insight on pain...less identified with it and it feels like something has really shifted afterwards ...it’s letting go of the fear of pain ,...

    2:48 At the end of every meditation, pause and ask yourself how you feel. See what has happened. How do you feel? How peaceful or happy are you compared to when you started?
