Dear Aileen, God bless you! I came across your site accidentally while searching for assistance in ITTOs. I passed PMP by just watching your videos in last three days (Dec 25-Dec 27). I was struggling with ITTO's and I particularly watched this video and it literally helped me to memorize ITTOs in two hours. For all my PMP aspirants, I would strongly recommend Aileen and trust me you don't need anything else including any simulation. I bought PrepCast PMP simulator but didn't use it as Aileen's videos along with free questions and explanations are more than enough for you to pass PMP.

I am so grateful for finding you and your book on Amazon. I spent 6 weeks going through an online exam prep course and did horrible on my first prep course exam. After i played your "game" with the index cards, I understood the processes, how they relate to the knowledge areas and the process groups. Thank you so much

Hi Aileen, Useful way to help in memorizing key TT's. Thanks A lot. On a general note, the virtual team's question, the correct answer which is "Develop team, Acquire project team" was not listed within the multiple choices- instead "Develop team, Manage team" was chosen. I think its a pitfall purposely placed to gauge whether your videos are being watched thoroughly. :-)

Great video on tools and techniques. this is the 4th or 5th time that I have watched it.

I am finding your videos to be very helpful. Thank you! I saw Mahan Khan commented on the Virtual Teams being identified in PMBOK as a TT for Acquire Resources and Develop Team. I also found in PMBOK Table X6-1 pg 693, it lists TT Project Reporting as KA 8.2 instead of KA 10.2. I didn't find Exploit listed/identified as a tool although it is listed as a strategy in Plan Risk Responses.

Hi Aileen. Thank you for all your videos on youtube. These are a great help!!. I have my PMP exam in a week from now. I wish I had found this resource a month or so earlier lol. Anyways, I noticed the tools & technique question at 17:40. Isn't Virtual Teams part of Acquire Resources and Develop Team? I didn't see it as a tool and technique for Manage Team in the PMBOK guide.

This exercise was helpful in brushing up (simultaneously) the PMBOK guide - 6 too for the various definitions apart from answering the questions...There were doubts about the answers, on one or two questions....Overall, it was a good exercise. If we happen to see the other videos(probably 6 nos. of exercises before this), it would be more helpful..ITTOs and Processes determine the key in PMBOK....Secondly, the other aspect that has bothered me for quite some time is whether PMBOK should be read or not? ..This comes from the suggestions from some that PMBOK should be read cover to cover three times etc...I had seen your video where-in you had clearly answered this question, beyond doubt....Quite honestly, even if one were to read PMBOK it would be difficult to understand and retain it too...The last one is the preparation time - 10 weeks should be good enough time, I suppose?....We doubt if something can be retained in memory if one were to prepare for months and months(as some claim).....Thank-you very much...Please bear with me for the long set of observations...

I think it is a mistake. Virtual Teams is a T&T for "Acquire Resources" and "Develop Team"

1) Are the other 6/7 How To Memorize T&T videos ~20 min each? 2) Are ALL processes the T&T are used in captured in the answers? 3) Do the 7 videos contain ALL T&T's (minus the commons such as Expert Judgement)? 4) Is the "Self Study Program" @ $97 how you gain access to these other 6 videos? thank you for the response!

Hey there Aileen. Hope all is well. I am studying for my PMP and the resources I use state that I should get at least a 75% on the Practice Exam and at least 75% on ALL quizzes before taking the test. However, I am losing confidence in that I struggle to get past 72%. That said, I use your resources and I feel like a champ as I am getting the answers correct. In your professional opinion, do you have a resource (test, advice, etc) available to gauge a PMP candidate's readiness? I need some luv here as I am getting a bit discouraged as I lose confidence. me too! determine budget falls within the project management plan, and it can also be used in planning for other processes, risks, quality, etc.
