with this material pattern, I am going to be making some adjustments in order to make the pattern even on each side front and back. so I will be adding material to the top for the elastic and to the bottom for the ribbons and together that will make the average length 36". The waist of this skirt will be 28" of material for the waist and
36" at the bottom for each panel. the elastic for the waist will be measured at at 42" waist. Once the skirt is finished, it will fit anywhere between a 36" to a 46" waist. So a Medium to XL waist.
