We got a Ben Franklin cook book, The Art of Eating. Recipes are from colonial days. One recipe interested me. But flour is measured by PECK. how do I weigh or measure in cups or grams a peck?

Good evening ma I love the way you teach,but a little bit confused If am using 1kg of flour,how many sugar,butter and egg should I use.🙏

My scale is 30kg and it reads in 100...if am measuring in 50 it always difficult for me

Honestly analogue scale is not me, i prefer using digital scale or cups Does it mean that sugar have more weight than flour
