Storm door measuring guide. Carefully for a storm door will increase the chances of a trouble free installation. If the door opening is not a standard size a custom door will need to be ordered. There will be a lead time to get the door and it's unlikely that the custom ordered door will be returnable. Measure carefully!
The storm door's frame will mount on the outside frame (brick moulding) of the door. The brick moulding needs to be sound. The frame of the storm door screws into the moulding.
