_________
"No matter how hard I try, I feel like I'm CONSTANTLY drowning in work", If this sounds like you, you're not alone. Most students struggle with being overwhelmed and disorganised when it comes to their studies due to never-ending workloads.
We see this happen to THOUSANDS of students across the world. The problem is that we often take on TOO much at once without proper planning. We don't know where to start or what to prioritise, so we just react to whatever task seems most urgent in the moment. Instead… you need to move away from being REACTIVE, and rather, focus on being PROACTIVE.
This video shows you how to shift your focus towards organisation, prioritisation, and intentional work rather than frantic last-minute scrambling. This will help you gain control over your workload, reduce stress, and work towards your most important goals.
Are you ready? Let’s get into it!

About us:
iCanStudy is an education organisation that transforms students' studying and time management skills into full, evidence-based systems. Our students are able to use these techniques to build long-lasting connections between what they learn at school and their existing knowledge schema. The benefits include significantly higher knowledge retention, deeper and more diverse problem-solving ability (including exam execution), massively reduced procrastination, improved motivation and less time needed to study.

I liked the concept of enhancing skills to learn from your mistakes. I was recently working on this and it literally felt like I slowed down a lot. Earlier completing 4 topics but this week only 1. But after having done it I realised this skill is transferrable to all the next weeks before I sit in my exam. So it will make me some time because of picking right task.

This video is very well-done! The way you break down complex concepts is really helpful, and I appreciate the effort you put into making it visually engaging. Looking forward to your next upload!

Hey! I love your videos they've really made me re-evaluate how to learn and shifted my mentality :)) I was wondering if you could do a video on how to preview content? I'm a medical student and I get my slides in advance, but I don't want to hours before each lecture thinking about how to link ideas only to the have to re-do my non-linear note taking because I didn't understand how things fit together! Thank you so much if you consider it :)

I think u forgot the pdf for prioritization. Also my biggest long-term goal would be to improve my learning and teaching skills to a level where I could learn and teach anything.

I have a doubt in mind map. Do u make a new mind map for every unit, say 1 for Cardiovascular system, 1 for digestive system, 1 for CNS Or one for every chapter, cuz the map might become too big. And should the mind map be revised same as the flash cards, as in 1 day 3 days 1 week 1 month and so on.

I've known students who failed achieving their goal of graduating with latin honors just because they've missed an assignment or two since they focused on some other important thing as well. Not everyone can afford to lose that 5% - because no one can guarantee you can get the other 95%. Well focusing on the longer term is the general advise for everyone. For those that wants more, do extra work I guess. If only there's a way to actually integrate the short term tasks in picture. I'd say they better start task manage properly then lol. So to those that are confused on what to do, just do what you gotta do. Then find a way to apply the tips in this vid that will not make you regret anything in the future.
