Thank you, great tip, going to try some on my current project !!
Great tip. Never would have known about parafilm and will certainly try it. Thanks!
I had always wondered how that stuff worked. Thanks for demonstrating!
Brilliant! I just went out and ordered some.
Thanks Darrin! Great tip on masking wings. Watching this made me wonder how it would work on camo patterns for wings and whether it would retain a neat line after being cut. I'll have to experiment on a Spitfire. Another use is to seal bottles of glue after opening. It will cut down on evaporation and extend the life of the glue.
Thanks for sharing
This was much needed for me. Hate masking with almost all tapes I've tried. Too bad about recording during a torrential downpour.😉👍
pretty cool!
Thanks buddy. I bought some off Amazon after watching your last livestream...I may give it a try on some splinter camo I’m about to do.

Careful on the splinter camo. As I said in the video there’s no adhesive and it adheres to itself. I only use it to mask off panels and things that have a distinct marking like a panel line.
Thanks
Cool video got you subbed! I just heard about you from Ed @ Ed's attention to detail!
Hey grumpy popped over from Darrens live to sub 👍

Awesome thank you!
Thank you for demonstration! I had some experience with Parafilm. When I apply it on painted surface (Tamiya acrylic) and leave it there for few days, then I had a problem to remove it as it literally glued on surface. So I had some surface damages after removing Parafilm.. Did you had similar experience? Maybe it only glue on Tamiya acrylic... But I didn't take a risk to try on other paintned surfaces. BTW another cool use is for canopies.
Great video, shame the audio is SO bad.
Thanks for sharing this technique. I've never tried that material and I HATE masking canopies. I'll get some and give it a try on my next build with a canopy. Do you mind if I mention your channel/video in my video? I know my viewers will benefit from this as well. Thanks again and have a great day. -David
This is like old tv show, you asked for it?🤣 Jman

Yeah I had an audio issue that wasn’t found until after the filming was done. Won’t make that mistake again.
I've seen that a few places have Parafilm in rolls. Is this the same as your material?

Yes sir I have a roll, I just cut a small amount off as needed.
