I like that Chris teach us not only how to cut hair, but everything that is around barber industry and he's makin it with passion tho. Even he's one of the most successful barbers, he's still so underrated 💯 Thank you Chris 🙏

We get asked regularly 'What camera to you use?' 'What camera should I buy to start my channel?', and I always say start with your phone! So, showing that it can all be done on an iPhone is awesome!!! In many ways its like when people start Barbering and they want to buy all the best equipment before they have learned to cut hair, the great equipment doesn't cut hair for you. The video specifications of current phones is exceptional and more than good enough to produce quality KZread videos, plus the size and convenience of a phone is perfect for working in close proximity to the subject. There is no point investing heavily in equipment/software at the outset, when you find out if doing KZread is definitely for you then slowly start to invest. I really love the concept of this video and the information is valuable, it is going to be valuable for those thinking of starting a channel in 2020. I especially like the part about quick turnover, its really beneficial to make your workflow as hassle free as possible to enable regular uploads. Though I have huge respect for the amount videos you are managing to produce recently, we are lucky if we can stick to our once a week schedule!!! Great video buddy

iPhone 7 Plus for recording and final cut for editing is what I use. Mac book 2013 with a external hard drive. Still learning final cut as I go. Thumbnail wise I think of it “what’s something that would get a lot of likes on instagram “. Still learning KZread but I do know “likes” are super important.

I have just ordered so much! I hate you lol! So Chris.. One problem I have always had whilst filming is that moving the camera because my barber chair is too bulky! And I find the client is sat back so when spun around it doesn't match the camera and goes off screen. Is there a fix for this? Chris your videos are great but I think you could do more catchy/clickbaity thumbnails to catch attention with for example sneak peak of the haircut halfway through, that's what grabs eyes, or the frame where you cut large chunk of hair, hope you know what I mean
