►► 4 Steps to Earn $1000/mo of Passive Income In Just 30 Minutes A Day. Free Workshop → GrahamCochrane.com/workshop
If you've launched your online course and are trying to find out how to turn it into an automated income stream then today's video is for you.
Evergreen online course sales are the backbone of a healthy online business. Why? Two reasons:
They create dependable, predictable income
They allow you to work less and earn more
But HOW you turn an online course into a perennial seller as an evergreen course is critical.
Today I want to share with you the three components you need in place to create evergreen income from your course, including:
How to time your sales pitch to be most effective
What to cover in your email funnel
And how to maximize your evergreen course revenue without lifting a finger
Evergreen course sales are so foundational to the lifestyle I'm able to live and I bet they will be the same for you if you implement this material!

FINALLY! It's so refreshing to see a model that is based on offering relevant content to people who need it rather than hard-sell sales topics. I like the transparency that we are in your funnel, but why it makes sense for us to be there!

Just gotta say thank you for giving away all this information away in 1 video. You really covered all the most important components you’ve been teaching in multiple videos all into one. I also noticed some of your story brand knowledge 🙏🏻 which I got because you recommended it.

Hey there, Graham. Thanks a gazillion! I totally appreciate the clarity you have provided regarding the requirements of evergreen courses. I'm in the process of outlining my first of several and am so glad I came across your information before I started out. Watching your workshop is now on my agenda for this week. Best to you in the new year!

I don't have any of the three elements but I needed to see this because I didn't understand why so many mentors insist on evergreen from the START, so it seems like a wonderful model but I definitely think that first its imporant to launch, learn and optimize... I mean first learn to walk, then to run. Thank you always Graham

What has always been my challenge is when you are starting out for the first time. No one knows about me. So its hard to think of social proofing. But I like the idea of seeking someone, helping them and then getting them to become your advocate.

THIS VIDEO IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL ! I've been launching my physical products brand for over a year now and got pretty damn good at short form content and have built and email list, but have been SLAMMED with constant editing & email writing while knowing there's gotta be a better way in terms of time leverage. Email automation is being out as we speak and ill be switching over to long form YT videos... AWESOME VIDEO !

Agree on the topic of burning out your list with constant launches. I've been on Ramit's list for a couple years and he has so many courses that every week he is launching something and it is the same funnels for the same courses over and over. Very exhausting for list members.

Thanks, Graham. There seems to be a school of thought where you must create scarcity by offering your course only during specific periods, and there is a buildup of emails and maybe a webinar that lead up to that big moment and build hype. If I understand your video here, your course is always available, and you cycle people to it in the 5-7 days after they have had enough contact to supply their email. Do I have that right?

Hey, Graham. I see a flaw in the evergreen passive income model. You suggest lead generation through a youtube channel, but creating content for youtube is a lot of work and therefore not passive. Can you do an episode on passive lead generation? THX!
