My cheddar is on the drying rack. I have asked about your cheese cave before. I have so many questions! Do you ever have to turn on your coke refrigerator? Is your building climate controlled?

@@l2iowacowgirl893 hi! that's great you're making cheese! No, we don't turn on our coke refrigerator since the shop stays between about +8 and +12 almost all year. If we want certain cheese to stay cooler then we generally bring them into the house and keep them in the regular fridge.
Very positive and pure. The world would be a much better place if there were more people like you.
Better than anything on the TV thank you so much

I agree. This was a very wonderful watch. I especially love all the outakes and silliness they left in.
I just found you, and thanks, as a new cheese maker (age 70), I need direction and I find your way of teaching so comfortable. I made "cheese curds" for my friends in November in the guise of Poutain ( we live in North Carolina! No one knows Poutain) and I thought that the curds tasted just like cheddar. WELL! It IS CHEDDER!!! Squeek squeek! And although there are certainly Shenanigans to making it, I am excited to do it again as I've moved to My Friends Farm and am becoming the "dairy maid! 🐂 We have Jerseys A1B, and goats. So at my age I'm starting a new job and I love it! All because my dog needed fresh goat milk for yogurt for her stomach problems! 🐩😋Life is full of opportunities! 💃💖
the wholesomeness of your personalities is refreshing. I wish I could have people like Ya'll in my life.
...sitting at my desk at work dreaming of a better place with tasty food. Thank you for the escape and all of the information!
Thank you so much for this video. I recently became interested in cheesemaking and have been watching videos ALL day for two days straight. I saw many helpful and informative videos but just came across this one. I absolutely love the way you have incorporated real life (milking goats), family (little brother in the background) with the playful personality of two sisters. Thank you so much for sharing an experience which it seems that your entire family loves. It brings something new and special to those who want to learn to make cheese. Watching your video made me happy!

Love the channel. I just made a cheddar for the first time yesterday. Its still pressing. I checked it after 12 hrs at 50lbs and it needed more so i put it at about 75-80 and going off your video, im going to leave it for 24 hours and check it tomorrow at noon. Wish me luck. You have a new subscriber. I love the channel. So helpful.
I honestly enjoyed your video. Not only did you show the whole process of making cheese, but we got a good glimpse into your family livelihood and your happiness. What a joy. This is what the world needs to get back to.
Love your lifestyle and cheesemaking skills. As a Brit Leicester is pronounced Les-ter.
Girls, certainly it was worth watching your video. I had a very boring day and I don't know why I was feeling so down. Watching your video made my day. Beautifully done...good work... Best of luck.

You lift a tired old mans spirit. There is hope left in the world. I make cheddar with cow's milk, but gonna have to try goat's. TY.
Ladies, that’s the real deal! This is amazing! I’ve been wanting to find this amazing method of making the cheese. You two are amazing. So much peace!
Just took my cheddar from the press. So exciting. My cheese book recipe missed a few steps you take… so I followed your process. Can’t wait to try it in a few weeks. 💛
Thank you so much for the tutorial. I LOVED it. I would love you to do ALL the cheeses you make in tutorials. I have watched several cheddar making tutorials, but struggled with several things about my cheese making. This tutorial brought up quite a few of the things I was doing wrong that was creating my problems. I am currently in the middle of my second batch of cheddar based on your tutorial. I love your beautiful style and obvious love of our Lord. I look forward to more cheese making from your homestead.
Watching your videos as a brand new cheesemaker gave me so much confidence that I can actually do this. You demystified the process. I've used both my cows milk and then the goats and had success- thank you so much and God bless.
It's so nice to see such cheerful and wonderful people. You are amazing, thank you and God bless you.

WOW! Just WOW! I am so incredibly blown-away at how much work you all put into making all these wonderful delicious cheeses ladies! Cheese is my absolute most favorite food in the world! And now I have even MORE appreciation for it! Thank you for putting all the work to share with us all! We live in Australia... and are homeschooling. I am learning just as much (if not more) as my daughter is! lol. ha! I seriously am learning more than I did as a child in public school thanks to kind people like you who are willing to share how you do these things that take talent, diligence & hard work! Not to mention you both are such a beautiful family! I love your smiles, humor and the beaming light of God's love that shines in the work you do together! May the Lord continue to 'preserve' the wonderful things you do! No pun intended! lol. Thanks again! I truly am grateful!

We had Jersey cows from which we made our cheese by using your non-pasturized, non- homogenized milk. Mama was originally from Germany pre both WW's and was therefore hyper clean. People used to tease her, saying that her Dairy Farm and product was more pure than Ivory Soap 44/99/100% pure.
This was wonderful! When I was growing up we had goats, only 5of 6 at a time. I used to make cheese every couple of days, but nothing this complex. It never made it beyond a week as we always used it fresh. This is something that I'll have to give a try.
This was such an interesting and educational video. I love cheddar cheese! Your instructions were excellent! God bless you and your family ❤️
