Hello from the UK. I cooked up a batch of tomato chutney based on your tutorial recipe and I was really pleased with the results. I did add a couple of extras such as ginger and I used only cider vinegar and the jars were empty within weeks! I am just about do this again with the last of my tomato harvest.

Hi I think that you explained everything so well and I am really tempted to try the recipe which I will do.

+Christine Croucher The brown sugar is just a sweetening agent - so what do you use as a replacement for that? Stevia maybe? I'd check with your health practitioner - good luck love Astar xx
