I cooked for my Ghanaian husband using some of your recipes and I think he fell in love with me a little more! Thank you fir being so generous with your knowledge and skill. I also run a FB support group for African American women who date and/or are married to African men and I shared your channel with them so they can learn how to offer familiar flavors to their loved ones. Oh my goodness, for the love of mackerel fish. To me, Mackerel is the tastiest fish, I love it. I am going to try this, I know my family will love it and yes that broth fresh from the oven is pure flavour.
