Today on Booze On The Rocks we are looking at How to Make Two Strawberry Daiquiris. This was a request from Latoya E. So I decided to make a Shaken and a Frozen Daiquiri. Two different textures but simliar recipes. Getting this right for that camera was a pain. Try these out. Tell us what you think.

Strawberry Daiquiri
INGREDIENTS
7 Hulled Strawberries
2 ounce/60 ml Rum
.5 ounce/15.5 ml Lime Juice
.25 ounce/7.5 ml Simple Syrup
Garnish
Rim the edge with Sugar
1 Strawberry
Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri
INGREDIENTS
5-7 Hulled Strawberries
2 ounce/60 ml Rum
.75 ounce/22.5 ml Lime Juice
.5 ounce/15 ml Simple Syrup
8 ounce/250ml Ice Chopped
Garnish
Rim the edge with Sugar
1 Strawberry
1 Lime Wheel

Who knew making daiquiris would be so fun. Latoya E. Here you go! Try it out!!
I’ve only made the frozen kind as there is greater margin for error when eyeing up the ingredients, and less faffing about with sieves and strainers. But the other kind looked very elegant in comparison, I may try that this summer, thanks for sharing 🌟

Daiquiris are a little too sweet for my taste, but you did a nice job on both. The adult smoothie! Love it👍

@BoozeOnTheRocks question - I just realized I am out of plain Barcadi . I have tropical Barcadi or plain vodka. Which one would you suggest?

@nikkib6604 Good question. Use the tropical bacardi. That will work on ghis. As you don't want to add to much vodka.
frozen fruit is actually taste better because the reason it is frozen is that the fruit was to ripe to transport.
