Thank you I’ll keep that in mind “spring coyote trapping ep:4” witch is the video right before this one has a coyote in a pipe dream set caught the day before.

That sink you can’t use drags... you need to lobby to chance the laws

I'll be trying the pipe dream set. Never tried it before but seeing this and others talking about how well it works has convinced me. Me and long springs never got along LOL. Nice yote brother.

This set has produced a lot of fur over the years
I use the pipe dream set when I get a digger. I move the set 5 to 10 feet away and use a lot of dry grass or stray, get my diggers next night every time 😅

Iv has one drag go about 150 ft on ice and snow but other than that 20-30 ft

It’s a flake Antifreeze from f&t trading post. Sometimes I even use salt

have you had any issues just laying the pan cover over the jaws? i have been using poly under the pan but want to try pan covers. i have always saw people sticking them under the jaws and i have tried that but it was kind of aggravating, so i went back to poly. if this works good i may try the pan covers again. Thanks

No I haven’t had a problem with loosing catches. When you just set your traps off your trap will catch dirt in the pan cover but I haven’t noticed any significant increase in lost catches

No I never paint them but I trap private land and I want the pipe to show up for more of a Curiosity factor... if you paint them just know that spray paint has and sent for a few weeks to months I’ll have a lot more videos like this this season stay tuned

i find it funny how the "pipe Dream Set'' has morphed into stuff like this , people need to realize that mark zaggers pipe dream set , has nothing to do with the pipe. its how he beds the trap.

@@53kills the original pipe dream set is all about how the trap is bedded , and yes he uses a pipe to help guard the bait / lure . but the importtant part is how the trap is bedded
This isnt Zaggers pipe dream set...
