I love how you just say what you are going to make and get right into it. No long introductions, no cheezy intro music. Just awesome food and step by step instructions. This is the best cooking channel by far. I've made some of your salsas and they are soooo good.

I would have made the salsa from the tomatoes, onions, and anaheim peppers from the roasting pan, add minced garlic, salt to taste and 1 cup of the same broth from the roasting pan to the blender... and BOOM! Delicious salsa.
