How To Make The Best Dinner Rolls Easy

Start by combining 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup whole milk and 4 tbsps salted butter in a small saucepan over medium low heat. Warm until your butter is melted and the temperature is around 110 degrees F. While that's getting warm combine your dry ingredients by adding 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1 tbsp instant yeast and 1 1/2 tsps medium coarse salt to a large bowl. Once well combined make a well in the center then pour in your milk, water and melted butter. Add 3 tbsps of honey then mix with a strong spoon until well combined. At this point it will be very wet so add 1 1/2 cups more all purpose flour. Again stir until well combined and at this stage add more flour one leveled 1/4 cup at a time until you have a dough that looks like the one in this video. (It took me 2 more ¼ cups) Knead for only 1-2 minutes then remove your dough onto a lightly oiled surface. Add 1-2 tsps of oil to that same bowl then add your dough back in. Cover it then set it in a warm spot until doubled in size. Once doubled, divide into equal portions then place into a well buttered 9x13 baking dish. Cover then let rise again for 20 minutes. 20 minutes later slide them into a preheated 375 F oven (one up from the middle oven rack) for 26 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden brown. Once lightly golden brown, switch your oven to its Low Broil mode then low broil for 2-3 minutes until deeply golden brown. The butter is 4 tbsps softened salted butter, 2 tsps honey, 2 tsps HCB Orange Citrus Pepper and 1/2 tsp dried parsley.
