This is a staple in my house now. My husband says he NEEDS it once a week and my very picky 8 year old requests it as well. We love it! Thank you for sharing!!!

I love your humble attitude, my paternal Grandma also had dirt floors. We must never forget where we come from. It makes me so appreciative of my Latina heritage; we’re not all nose up in the air. I love how you speak about your families background. My mom's best friend/my second mom (lol) always humbles me when she reminds me she had dirt floors as a kid and now is a successful nurse and owns her own home. Can't wait to make this!

I am making this comment here since I am unable to leave comments on your red chicken enchiladas page . They were absolutely fantastic for someone that likes a moderately spicy recipe . I ended up splitting the sauce in half and adding crushed tomatoes to my kid and ladys as they are mild only . So pretty and flavorful !!

I love the relationship you guys have! I am the youngest of 5 kids in my family, 4 girls and one boy. I talk to two of my siblings. It’s really sad and I really hate it but I finally had to draw boundaries or I would continue to get hurt by my siblings. I have maybe 20 years of life left and just can’t handle their ways so I chose to stay away from them. I have two siblings that I have a really great relationship with and I’m very thankful for that. As far as you two, I can tell that Steph is the spoiled sibling, (no offense, it’s adorable) and Cloud is the giver and together you two have a very successful channel here on KZread-not many could worked as harmoniously as you two do. Hey, I saw your comment and want to share with you - if you don't already know - that one of Mama Lupe's flour tortilla is only 3 total net carb (a staple in our home). Therefore, you CAN make this recipe (and her other similar ones) albeit low-carb and enjoy staying in ketosis. I usually don't comment on other videos outside of my channel's topics/contents, but your comment ...que pena.

Made this today exactly like recipe, I used Cotija cheese instead of queso fresco and heavy whipping cream instead of half and half. At the end before oven, I sprinkled dried onion....OMG it's so good!! 😋😋💕

I’m on a weight gain journey this year and my digestive tract has been through a lot. I’m looking for recipes to meal prep with so I don’t have to think about cooking 3.5k calories worth of food everyday and it’ll just be ready to pop in the oven, air fryer, or microwave. Mexican food is always good to my digestive tract if I do white and green sauces, and cut back on beans. Thank you Stephanie your white cream enchiladas with chicken very easy . 350 degrees up to 25 30 minutes so time is good. Not a long process and tip of Rotessori chicken use of it's drippings to mix into sauce great idea as well. Good for the holiday s . The Aroma will linger through the kitchen ! Mmmm! good food and warm stomachs for a cold evening.
