Ingredients:
For Idada:
- 1.5 cup Kochem Rice
- 1/2 cup Urad Dal
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methi ke Dane)
- 1/2 cup Poha
- 1 tbsp Sour Curd
- Water as per required
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 3 tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- Oil as per required (For Brushing)
- Black Pepper Corn (Crushed)
For Green Chutney:
- 2 cups Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 cup Mint Leaves
- 2 tbsp Peanut
- 3-4 green chillies
- 2 inch Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 2 tsp Black Salt
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- Salt as per taste
- 2-3 Ice Cube

Today I made Idli after watching ur Vedio about idada .I did everything about ur instructions but keep batter little bit thick . Oh ! very soft & delicious idli , all family members enjoyed. Pl clean wash daal and rice , then soak . Don't throw the soaked water. Use it to grind.

Love surti all dishes best is locho.
Nice dhokla
3 cup rice, 1 cup urad dal half cup pauva, after 4 hours blad with half cup yogert. Add water blad semifine like rava. Put all 3 things together little watery consistancy than idly batter. Add half, add 1/4 spoon baking soda hing add 1 tsp water in baking powder.😢 sugar gives jaali. and methi keep for fermentation make sure it is air tight in a closed oven. Keep water to boil in cooker grease the plate put dish back in cooker. In batter add ginger, mirchi paste salt add fresh black pepper little big. Boil for 8 to10 minutes on medium flame. Chutney Roster peanuts 2 tsp, blad it. Now green dhania3 times phudina ginger cumin, ice cubes, black salt , lemon juice , salt, yogert. Can add garlic.

Too lengthy video is not allowing many males & female cooks (sheds) to involve in the video. This repetition of same information better avoided MAM. As a one complete food items, edited version of safed dhokla could be suggested as a time saving features in this competitive age. You could add dry fruits & / or vegetables in to this and mention of the same could be done. How ever, too many adds are also hurdles in to the video. Nice efforts. Be blessed. I put methi along with the rice when I soak it. I use only a little green chillies but more ginger. Ginger gives a lovely flavour to idhada. Sometimes in place of ground pepper for garnish I use pickle sambhar masala. I apply the oil on the idhada before cutting it, it's easier.
