    Me cooked raw mango (बांजी) after boiling mango, mashing in chilled water, mixing shakkar, salt, black salt, tadka in sarson oil with corriender seeds, Heeng. Serving it with boondi, fine chopped onion, pudina. It is a favourite recipes oh himachal pardesh.
