How to make Homemade Bread (麵包製作) and we all loved it. 24~60 hours Cold rise the dough for super soft and fluffy texture of the bread with the chewy mouth feel. As long as the time, let the dough at low temperature slow fermentation, can produce different delicious bread fully released barley malt it had a strong smell of alcohol. A natural preservative and they sure don't stop the yeast from fermenting a strong smell of beer flavour. this will make us satisfy with these appetite choices.

i tried these in London, so good. if i wanted them with out the hot dog but butter and sugar on rolls, do i just do that on tbe dough before the oven?

How long do you knead the dough before you let it rest in the Refrigerator? Do you test the window pane before the dough rest for 24 or 60 hours? Or after cold resting and after kneading it the second time for 5 minutes. I hope I do not confuse you with my questions because I will try to make it. Many thanks and hope to hear from you soon. I am very impressed with you fluffy sponge cup cake recipe which I will make it soon. They look like Castella cup cake.

I love the trick you did with your oven. I find its super hard to bake in small ovens like that and the top burns easily. You flipped a layer upside down to cover the bread 4:45 Thank you for the great idea!

***** Hi. Bread flour has higher percentage of protein or high in gluten. When bread flour is used in bread baking it gives the baked goods more sturdy structure, better texture and mouth feel. Having said that one can still use all purpose flour in bread baking... with the texture and mouth feel may be slightly compromised.

i don’t really recommend instant yeast for making super fluffy bread because that’ll make the bread more tough as it’s not the same as active dry

I am missing my local bakeries hotdog rolls so much (because of quarantine) and then i remember,, i can make it at home? I'm so hungry and also im supposed to be on a diet, that's okay I'm still making this tomorrow UPDATE : these are exactly like the bakery sausage roll, the texture is amazing and soft, i was too impatient to wait for the cold rise so i mixed all the ingredients, let it sit for 40 mins then kneaded for about 12 minutes till it stopped sticking every where and became smooth, then let it rest for 2 hours, then shaped with the sausage and covered and let it rise for another 30 minutes before baking, it was totally fluffy and delicious but slightly missing the sweet taste, soon I will try totally your way and cold rise for 60 hours to see the difference :), thank you for this recipe ❤️❤️❤️ Double update : I have made this recipe like 5 times , the overnight rise makes such a difference in taste , in my case I like it after 42 hours the most because the sweet flavour is strong and the smell is not too much alcohol, even the texture is so much delicate , another thing it’s better to wash the bread halfway through baking otherwise it becomes kind of crispy and hard, I’m not sure if this is solely because of the induction microwave I used or what , just my findings

Yes, Exactly the same method if you are using instant yeast. The dough should be triple in sized and soft when you knead it. after wrapped it and wait about 20 minutes before going to bake in the oven. Any question, welcome to ask ok? No problem and You're welcome :)
