Surprisingly easy to make. Thought they would be more difficult. The first two were a little dark ‘cause I hadn’t he pan too hot but once I turned the heat down they turned out really well.

Recently when cooking these pancakes I've tried to substitute the sugar with the hot jam syrope(I've used the strawberry one) and you know, for me it has got really not bad🤔

After making this recipe, I would suggest using an electric mixer to get the whites fluffy but otherwise it was SO GOOD

This feels likes watching how to basic but its actually what its suposed to be, and i love it

The great secret of perfect pancakes is to add some plaster to the dough. It seems to be creepy but it works in amazing way. Pancakes are fluffy, springly and they don't fall apart. The german chef has revealed me this trick.

Can you use organic egg whites to make this? I was just wondering because the last time I tried to whip organic egg whites, it didn't turn out very good.
