½ bunch mint
2-3 Sprigs of Basil
2 bunches of cilantros
2 bunches of parsley
3 bunches of fresh green onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 lemon Juice freshly squeezed
2 lbs. ground beef 20% fat
1 Can 15oz tomato sauce
1 cup of vegetable oil (olive)
½ cup rice (basmati)
1 spoon salt (Himalayan)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon curry powder
2/3 teaspoon black pepper
½ cup warm water
1 yellow, orange or red bell pepper

I just saw your channel. My mother was Armenian. Your recipe is similar to what I grew up eating. Putting the tomato slices on the bottom is something I've never seen. It looks like a great idea. I will try it. Now that fall is here, I've been wanting to make some cabbage dolma. By the way, I had an aunt whose name was Hasmik. I haven't heard that name in a very long time.
