@@narsverlylabs2037 maybe it would work if you put a good amount of butter or oil in the pan first. The first few sheets might turn out oily or greasy but after a few you might be able to get a few good ones

Not sure i would call it "quick and easy", but it is "kinda doable" even for someone like me, who try this for the first time. Not sure how to get the springrolls to stay shut when i fry them though (EDIT: fry them in a shallow pan, and not floating in a big caserole). But by some miracle, most of them still kept a portion of the filling inside the springroll, so it was more or less "edible" (i was starving, lol!). (EDIT: make them THIN, or else they will get way too greasy...)

You can use a dab of the batter to seal the spring rolls. Or egg.
