    ​@@jrx2662 The "rough spot" I'm talking about is if someone is to sick too go out for dinner or groceries, or perhaps they're grieving some sort of loss. Bringing food to someone in that situation is common practice. It wasn't too long ago that the only food you could get delivered to most American suburbs was pizza. A big platter of spaghetti and garlic bread may not be the ritziest thing, but it's a cozy meal and a kind gesture, especially if it's homemade.

    I’ll try this recipe tonight! A favorite tip of mine to cook meatballs and sauce is to do them low and slow in a crockpot all day. The meatballs flavor the tomato sauce as they cook and the tomato sauce helps tenderize the meatballs and adds to their flavor. Win-win and they come out amazing. I do this before I leave for work in the morning and when I get home I just need to cook the pasta, throw together a quick salad and dinner’s on!

    I have made this exact recipe several times since I discovered it back in April. It's great! Sometimes I baked the meatballs instead of frying them, but they turn out delicious either way.

    Great/easy Recipe! Thank you! 🙏 7 oz fresh pesto 1 1/2 Lb ground meat 2/3 cup Panko 1/2 tsp salt Pepper Mix well Portion meatballs Heat nonstick skillet w 1 TBS oil, med heat Brown meatballs in oil about 8-10 mins I bake my meatballs in the oven coz I’m lazy. 😉 When finished, you can put them in your heated sauce to finish cooking through. Toasted Garlic bread at 10 min mark. Toasted Garlic crushed using side of knife or spatula 6 TBS unsalted butter Salt 2 TBS or so of Parmesan Spread on bread Put in 500 degree oven 8 mins.

    My grandmother used to add a tablespoon of table sugar to neutralize the acid in the tomatoes. When I make my Sunday gravy (sauce), I use whole shallots and a tablespoon of raw, unfiltered, local honey

    when i drain pasta I usually put the strainer on top of the measuring cup so when i'm draining the water most of it goes into the cup

    *First of all, I LOVE YOU!!! Second, Chubby is good!!! Thirdly, I love garlic and onion. Fourth, personally I prefer beef & pork for my meat sauce. (I leave the meat loose in the sauce. I also use ketchup and tomato paste. For my salad, instead of oil, I use garlic and onion powders plus a bit of cummin and paprika and salt & pepper.*
