Hi Stephanie and Claudia. Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your program. Just wanted to let you know my mother used to save the seeds and when she cooked spinach she would sprinkle some seeds and it made the Spanish taste very goo.
I wish I could cook like you do

You can and I know you will!
Love youuuu ♥️
Tip for you Stephanie, when you want to vacuum seal a plastic bag with food, full it like you did and then put the bag in a bowl full of water where it is submerged til the food line and close it. The water forces all air out of bag and creates a seal around food. Preventing freezer burn.

@@pinkflamingosalwaysfascina8097 i use a straw i seal room temp food until almost closed and slide a skinny straw into the unsealed spot and i suck out the air and use my teeth to hold the straw and both hands to quickly seal the baggie.

I wear gloves to cook. Must be from being a nurse. My grandkids want to wear them when we cook together. Love it. Enjoy your channel. You are beautiful lady!
Girl yessssssss! My mom passed away a few years ago and she made the best Mexican food 😭 I’ll never get to experience that cooking in the kitchen with your mom anymore and I never realized how much I would need that in life. So glad you upload authentic Mexican recipes with your own twist! You’re my new favorite channel!
I'm going to try this with pork and I'm going to let it marinate in the fridge for 2 or 3 days. Thank you so much 💕😊
I will use vegetable bouillon
YESSSSSS! Girls please come to New Mexico, my home town🙏

Hi, thank you for spending time with us!
TVP is made from defatted soy flour. Soy curls are made from the whole soy bean so if you prefer less processed ingredients you might want to use the curls. I’ve found that when roasting dried chilis a KN95 mask seems to reduce the irritation to the lungs quite a bit. I know I’m a little late to the show but I wanted to thank Stephanie and Cloud for all the great recipes and good humor in their videos. BTW I’m a guy and didn’t get offended at all by your reference to ladies. ¡Salud!
I love your you tube tutorials they are amazing. And you and your sister are always so fun!!!
Thank you for representing the vegetarians out there!! I didn't know there was dried meat substitutes! I'm gonna try this soon. 💖
Guy here, and I’m cooking myself into shape lol
I feel so spoiled with all these videos! This one in particular, I cannot wait to make this myself. Thank you for this beautiful recipe, I'm a grateful vegan ❤🙏
You are probably tired of all my comments, but I wanted to thank you not only for the love you have, but for explaining all the foods, flavors, the preparation and presentation, I am so less afraid of Mexican food (childhood food traumas galore ) no one else has ever broken it down for me, and I think you guys are wonderful!
Dark Crystal. You guys are great. I love listening and watching the two of you together. You must be around my age. I get the 80' s stuff you guys talk about. Hahaha!

Made this and it was delicious 😋. Used potatoes and onions for soft tacos, then tried it with scrambled eggs, then went for fresh pot of pinto beans. Very very good. Thank you hermana for sharing. Much appreciated.
This wouldve been helpful yesterday lmao where i live they dont have mexican chorizo, the one that crumbles amd lets out the red sauce for frijoles puercos. Only found spanish chorizo which wasnt the same. Thanks for the video!
I’m sorry can you tell me how to get to the channel to see &hear you & your sister .I love watching you .Thank you .💕
I have seen this soy before and I had no idea what it was for. Thanx for the recipe! I see so many beautiful things at the Mexican stores and some things I have no idea what I would do with it, but I WANT IT! I love all of the fresh vegetables, fruit, breads, sweets, salsa, tortillas. All of the spices. I only shop pretty much at Hispanic Markets because of all of the best prices too. The Holidays are special there the most for me.
Omg thank you for making this video! I’ve been wanting to try this!
Yayy thanks for using soy! My kids and I don't eat meat and I usually just watch your videos with substitutions in mind. Can't wait to see the other soy recipe videos you have. Thanks for all that yall do.♡
Thank you so much for these recipes. I sure do miss chorizo especially chicharrones, I greatly appreciate you posting. I have a question about the chicharron recipe. What and where do you get the soy products you used?

Hi, you mentioned that you could substitute extra firm tofu. How much, since the tofu would be moist and the soy "meat" is dehydrated? Hope to hear back. Thank you for all the wonderful deliciousness! ....cloey
Another great recipe 💜❤️ your the bomb!
I live in Europe. What would you reccomend for the substitutes for the hot peppers you used?
