I recently returned from LA and had one of these with some Pico de gallo, omg the best hotdog I've tasted in my life!! Here in London you can't find street food like this, so I will recreate my own. Thanks for sharing 😊

Are you classically trained? I noticed how you know how to cut your veggies in different ways. You handle your knives correctly as if you were is why I ask. I love how you take notice of the different techniques and use them well. Great videos.

You'd think that Chicago, being one of those constantly evolving big melting-pot/mixed-greens-salad cities, would be more receptive to new taste sensations from far-flung places. But maybe you're right: perhaps it was never about the food, and they just saw you as a baseball adversary - who knows what they were thinking?!

I am from The Gila River Reservation and that s*** is bomb not hotdog never had one before is good whoever made it good idea I'm about to show the reservation with that hot dogs about

Little different than the ones we get in Tucson.

I typically dont recommend using all beed dogs, reason is it comes out really salty with the bacon and the links...FYI the onions typical sautte with a little soy sauce or mustard
