How to make Dunkin' smoothie at home ?

One thing i dont get, is that when you put ice, mango concentrate like mango pulp, yogurt and milk at home, it never is thick like at coffee stores to get smoothies. Why is that? I can never make mine this thick like at a dunkin or starbucks. I know the taste will differ from stores which im okay with, but i wonder how it becomes so thick.

Responding 3 years late lol but it is because at least I know dunkin what's is in the machine it adds ice and a liquid sugar which makes the drink thicker
