Good for a fun project, but not a good idea from a business pov. just pressing with a flattop gives you the same results. No need to spin it with ceiling fan. in the restaurants, they do it by hands in 2 seconds. Not efficient either

Your design is much better than current market competitors. Really potential implementation. With a few tweaks you have a marketable product. As a customer I would definitely buy one.

Very helpful for senior citizens and elderly... Especially for students and singles... Instead of ba ceiling fan, if you purchase a basic DC brushless motor and wood including the cost of weldin of 10 Rs. And wood working It would not cost more than 350 to 500 rupees even if the tinkering of roller to make it automatic is added.... Nice... 👌✌🤘

Well one's hands will have to touch the dough at some point you know, for placement and removal. Plus if a person is cooking for their own family then what's the worry? Unless one's family are extremely filthy and then the person should be eating at home anyway.

Our bodies are priceless machines that wear down over time. This incredibly useful tool will help preserve our energy, and could promote Indian food as well, because while the food is easy to make, it's the chapati and Naan that are so labor intensive.

This idea helps repurpose the old fans that are lying in people's attic, I mean only if they are as motivated as you are. But still, brilliant idea and presentation. Kudos.

Chapati if you make it by pressing only will make it like rubber. This machine handle works exactly like belan which is rolled on chapati. I will definitely make or order 1 for my home. We need average 25 chapati daily

Very good idea. One suggestion for improvement is that the push button can be set in such a way that it gets pressed when the arm of the roller is pushed down. It can function as an automatic start/stop.

This design is good as it replicates the action of the belan rather than just “pressing” the ball of dough. Kudos 😀

Note that the fan motor is switched on off every 20 seconds. It is likely to burnout . some safety feature must be added

Hmm, is that while in its original configuration? Meaning with the weight of the blades and the force they exert. It didn't seem like there was a motor break, the motor slows down progressively.

I cant understand spanish but I know you are saying its tortila, yes they are similar we call this as roti/chapati. Fun fact, we don't eat naan everyday as most foreigners think but roti is actually our staple

That is not a good idea. Then the machine will go on even if accidentally the handle is lowered. That would be a safety issue

Some good fans cost 2000 rupees. The motor is it's main component. How can it cost 1000. We haven't added cost of manufacturing, marketing, distribution, retailer margin etc. The design is too crude for a modern housewife.
