Definitely good recipe, but there is no any comparison of Indore and Ujjain for food and taste quality. Poha of Indore and Ujjain is marvelous. First you taste the Indori and Ujjaini food.

That is completely a personal choice. I am a maharashtrian and I didn't like the taste of indori pohe at all because of jeravan masala, hing and extra sweet taste. But that is a complete individual choice. There are many people who love indori pohe and many people who love maharashtrian pohe
