Thank you! My son gave me an Instant Pot for Mother’s Day and this will be the first thing I cook in it! I like the idea of toasting the rice instead of rinsing it. The other recipes I’ve found call for rinsing. I have never rinsed my rice before in my life when I cook it on the stove. Can’t wait to try this!
