Very true .... but that is the reason why indian sweets tastes soooo yummy... time taking ones! Halwais must have left rasagulla on the Choolhas over night.... and new dish called ChamCham was discovered! Eureka!

This sweet is my hometown Tangail's pride. Although I understand it's simplified but the original chom chom recipe requires much more techniques and experience. And semolina is never ever used. That's why it is such a heavenly dish. Nice effort though.

Assalamualaikum. Apu pls Amk ektu bujhiye din, ekhane j cup er maape dicche tahole Apu kmn cup nibo? I mean measurement cup er 1cup = 250gm Likha ache Oita? Or ghorer kono cup diye korchen? R jdi ghorer kono cup niye thaken tahole kmn cup niyechen pls help 🙏🏻
