    Finally. Authentic ingredients for peppersoup. I prefer adding VERY little of the nutmeg because, as you correctly said, it has a flavour that tends to dominate. I find it leans on the bitter side if too much is added. Thanks so much for this upload 🧡

    WOW!! I have never ever used the ready made pepper soup mix sold in the markets because I am always sceptical of what is in those mixes. I blend my pepper soup spices at home, that way i know exactly what I am serving my family but watching this is an opener and very educating. Thank you

    For light soup, is this in substitute of the anise seed, white pepper, and black pepper mixture? How much should I add?

    It’s not a substitute for the ingredients you mentioned, however, you may adjust to your taste preference. A pinch of pepper soup mix is all one needs to elevate flavours in a a light soup.
