Hello. You did a good Job, however, you were supposed to fry the hot dog first in oil as a whole before cutting it, and use little oil to sauteed the onions for a few second before pitting the filling in. This will make a big difference in the taste when cook. Thank you and blessings

Please make a video on how to make Haitian macaroni & cheese. I had some when I was in Jamaica Queens and OMGOSH! I like that more then the "traditional" one.
I’m tryin this recipe tomorrow, merci cherie!
Really enjoyed the thoroughness and details of this tutorial. I was a little hesitant to add one tablespoon of baking soda and next time I think I’ll try 1/2 tbsp instead because I feel like the taste of it is somewhat noticeable.

Pastry dough would've been great if only one thing ... WHY DID YOU USE BAKING SODA AND NOT MAKE IT CLEAR THAT ITS BAKING POWDER ... ruined my dish after spending hours prepping
I get every step right except the frying part. I take it out to early 🤦🏾♂️
now why didn’t u eat it🥲
You gotta sharpen your knife and hide your FINGERS WHEN YOU CUT! THATS SO SCARY HOW YOU DO IT. U CANNUSE THE BOTTOM OF a mug to sharpen. A sharp knife is a safe knife. Just need good knife skills. No sliding all over.

Use fresh ingredients only. You need probiotics in your life and don't swallow so much air when you eat and drink. Small bites and closed mouth when chewing! Don't leave in fridge too long. 4 days max for leftovers. Watch out for eating bacteria by being clean in the kitchen and food handling practices- temp etc.
