Thank you so much
I love it!
Very simple. I can't wait to try this.
Well done! I am an Anambrarian and I approve!!! You must not use potash; an alternative is ngu. Ngu is kinda better cos it doesn’t cause tummy upset. Some people have tummy upset with potash. But all in all you did a very wonderful job!!!!!

@@MrDlbonano I don’t know. That’s how my granny says it, unfortunately she’s late and both my parents are late. I live abroad and there’s literally no one I can ask.

@@MrDlbonano I got the name! It’s edible potash. It’s made from palm leaves. The palm leaves are dried and smoked then ground into a powder. So you can just ask for edible potash if you wonna get it.

Thanks ,,,but how can i get my cowleg cooked soft without preasure pot?
Hi Bukky. Thanks for your recipes. Can I use oxtail in place of cowleg for nkwobi?
Hello, Where do I find the ingredients for this dish? Thank you.
It's called Ehuru or Ehu
Just like that?, No fire again?
Is there an alternative to palm oil? It's harvest is now so controversial and destructive.
After mixing all the ingredients,do we need to warm it again,i can see it that u ar serving it after mixing it without putting it on the oven.

Yea, u can warm it up though at d barest temperature on ur oven so it doesn't get burnt just for a minute or so.
It's cow leg. Not foot.
What of cow brain
No exact quantities and measurements. How is that a recipe? Please let's do it for the real benefit of those who don't know, not for the number of views we can get
Why are you advising people to remove the bones. So we should suddenly leave the original proper way we make this dish to look enlightened or what ? Is sucking the bone now a matter of shame or what ?
