Nkwobi is made from tender cow foot pieces in a Palm Oil, slurry type sauce. It's one of the best snacks to come from Eastern Nigerian. It's easy t o put together as i'll show you in this video.

    Well done! I am an Anambrarian and I approve!!! You must not use potash; an alternative is ngu. Ngu is kinda better cos it doesn’t cause tummy upset. Some people have tummy upset with potash. But all in all you did a very wonderful job!!!!!

    @@MrDlbonano I got the name! It’s edible potash. It’s made from palm leaves. The palm leaves are dried and smoked then ground into a powder. So you can just ask for edible potash if you wonna get it.

    After mixing all the ingredients,do we need to warm it again,i can see it that u ar serving it after mixing it without putting it on the oven.

    Yea, u can warm it up though at d barest temperature on ur oven so it doesn't get burnt just for a minute or so.
