Looks absolutely delicious. I can tell the seasoning really entered the cow foot very well. The bell peppers gave it a very beautiful color. I love the sauce, I’m coming for that pot of rice.

How did you use the cow foot sauce to make jollof rice. I have the cow foot sauce after boiling the cow foot but dunno what to use it for

I just wash my rice and added it to the sauce and allowed it to cook on a low heat
