I shared a form outside my organization by selecting "Anyone Can respond", can I find out who responded? Or is there another way like forcing the user to login to the "Anyone can respond" form so that it leaves traces on our form?

No, with forms shared outside, you can't

Hi, how do you send reminder emails to those that do not complete the sruveys. there is a reminder function but it then sends to all recipients which spams those who have already completed it.
