We use moringa as vegetable, not only as form of tea. We cook moringa with combination of other vegetables or by itself. We eat it with rice as one of our daily food.

I just got some Moringa powder from my Walmart store, and so for I have not been able to find anything that it does not overwhelm the taste of. I tried the latte recipe on the package, and tried hot coco mix, adding honey to help the taste. To me it taste like adding lawn clippings to your food, rice to me has no flavor so that does not seem like it would do anything but spoil a rice meal. If I can't stand the taste my kids would not eat it. I going to try other things but I am not holding out to much hope. It cost me over $15.00 for a 7.4 oz package, so I hate to give up too soon.
Ma'am if you dry it into microwave the nutrients of the Moringa will be burned so no more value? Thank you
Moringa is good
Another name is sigan & its a superfood all in one
Thank you. May I offer the thought that using a microwave oven will destroy some of the wonderful nutrients in the leaves. Blessings.

Thank you for sharing 🙂 I guess, we can skip the microwave and leave it out to dry for 6-7 days.

Yes, air drying is the best option. Subjecting it to microwave oven will destroy the nutrients like the amino acids and vitamins and minerals.

Make sure the leaves are not soaking wet, then they'll become black and get spoilt. Pat them dry before you put it out for drying.

Madam, If you heat moranga leaves in microwave, moranga leaves looses all proteins and minerals. Always you try to heat the leaves in nature without using any heat items.
It appears you in India are not making the best of the Moringa. Of what use is the small quantity of Moringa powder being used by you? We in Africa especially Nigeria Moringa is a complete food to us. We cook substantial leaves of the plant and mix it with powdered groundnut cake. That will give a satisfying meal. We also drink the water from the cooked leaves.

Doesn't the radiation from the microwave take away the nutrients?
