    @@deekshaladhwani9119 wash and soak the ragi and methi grains, then grind and keep for fermentation. You can make with sprouted also but it will take an additional day for sprouting.

    Hello, pooja here I tried the recipe as it's shown just did it with half the quantity of all but it didn't get fluffy the next day. I had to add eno for the idli since it was not fluffy. Can you guide me as to what I did wrong?
