Meat Lovers pizza is a staple on take-away pizza restaurants over the world, but why do they use such weird ingredients? What even is Pepperoni? My Meat Lovers pizza is made with a Neapolitan pizza base and uses delicious Italian meat-based toppings including salami, fennel sausage, capocollo and pancetta. Just say " Salam-e ( not i), Salame. ( go in google translate and listen how italian pronunce " e" and "Salame" not "Salami" ( salami is plural, salame is singular)

@@vincenzosplate Vincenzo i made the Pizza today, for me the gamechanger is the Pecorino on it, it fits perfekt with the dough and the tomatos wow. I had some issues with the dough, the edges were thick but full filled no air inside :D and also i didnt get the brown result. Looking forward to take an other technic, next i will try without circulating air just bottom heat for the base :-)

Why did you upload this video in the middle of sydney night at 12 am!?!? Its like a torture before the sleep !! Thank you Vincenzo I will make one tomorrow night ;) PS: I dont usually cook the sausages or pancetta on the side, I just cut them even smaller and cook on the pizza as they will be cooked in the 400' oven and tastes even better!! Try my way next time if you can :)
