SAM, i'm sure you won't read this, but, I'm watching your videos from Europe, and you are my fav food channel. I used to not cook AT all, and, in the last 10 months, i was already able to cook at least 30 recipes, with over 90% success, the latest one being the bolognaise sauce and lasagne, even an italian pizzaiolo absolutely loved it. Thank you. BUT... ...i know you get emails like'ohh Sam, I'd love to watch your show with my kids, but you swear a lot'... and the last 4-5 episodes, the beeep is super frequent. What makes your videos fun, is your natural side. And naturally, people live to say fuk and shit. It may sound gross,rude, but those fuks and shits ARE NOT gross, when they come naturally. Like Ramsey does. What's more natural than cutting a finger, burning our hand with hot water, and saying fuk ! ? Those beeps start harassing my ears. Ok, you want it to be 'politically correct, kids-friendly', etc etc. But i swear, it takes away a big chunk of the charm. You love playing , making fun of yourself, joking, WHILE cooking some great food. That's 100% YOU. When you use those beeps, you are removing a chunk of 'YOU'... One missing feature on KZread: alternative audio track. That way, users could chose between the fuk version, or the beeeep one. And believe me, those mums worried about their kids hearing SAM saying fuk and shit. . I can garantee you those kids HAVE ALREADY heard words 100 times more hardcore, and have already watched all kinds of images.. images our parents and grandparents could only dream of watching, the wedding night... ;) I would bet 1 pound of salami, 95 out of 100 kids, 6 years old and younger, have already seen a dick or a pus.. on the computer, FULL SCREEN, because of a malware/virus pop-up. ... so, compared to that, a 'shit' or 'fuk' word, can be considered 'soft' :) So, can we have our 'beeeeeeeeeep' (censored) back ? My new favorite channel on KZread! Found this over the weekend and have already made two of the dishes - Chicken Enchiladas and the Philly Sliders with Italian sausage, and both were GREAT! Ignore Victor! I definitely intend to try to cook many of these recipes, so I love that you give a full explanation of what you're using, possible alternatives, and everything involved to make the food amazing! If Victor thinks the videos are too long, then he doesn't have to watch! I'm certainly not going to force him!

I actually do cook from scratch about half of what you show, Sam. I don't always make it the same way, but I try not to cook the same thing twice.

I know this video is 2 years old, but I used this recipe to make a pizza tonight and it came out really good. Awesome video and I love watching Sam's videos. I've made a few recipes now and they are great.

Class act on the handling of the faceless wonder. As always you’re videos are informative and entertaining. Our household here in Kingston, Canada love them.

I really enjoy your channel. I am a new dad and get excited to try and make some of these delicious meals for the family. I hate hate bland sauces and I love a rich bold sauce on my pizza. I just never got into putting ground beef on my pizza especially when you have so many other delicious choices like spicy sausage, linguica and chorizo. Trying the sauce today, hope that it packs a punch.
