I watch her too but his cake skills are far more polished than hers. They are on two different levels. He’s closer to Tigga Mac here on KZread. She’s extremely creative with her cakes too! Check her out.

@@LovelyCeee i think that their audiences/customers are also just different, mimo usually creates her cakes for birthdays and family-oriented events while his is more for social media and partnerships/sponsorships with brands and companies. both of them have great welcoming and warm energy tho :)

Marshmallow fondant is awesome. It takes work if you are the cake maker, but it is so much more tasty for the cake eater!

Put water in your marshmallows, put in microwave, knead, add powdered sugar, knead well again, double wrap, freeze!!!. EDIT: this is cakes by Mimo. Do whatever you want. Have fun.
