RE the tomato sauce: you can use tomato sauce but Matt has used a store-bought tomato puree/passata. Here's some more info: www.recipetineats.com/what-is-tomato-passata/

'Meat Juice' refers to a brand of BBQ Sauce created by Rum & Que. Any BBQ Sauce can be used, but go for one that's a little sweet for best results.
